Return Policy

To return a Erie 1 Boces product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at phillip.pajak@theimpressivecompanies.com  and request an RMA number.

Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Once received, the RMA number must be written on the top of the return shipping box. Make sure to write the letters “RMA”. With the RMA will be the return address for the package.

What can be returned: Items that are not what was ordered or items that are defective or were damaged in shipping can be returned for exchange or store credit.

What can't be returned: Items received more than 30 days ago cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Because all items are custom made they cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect, defective, or has shipping damage.

Return Shipping: For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post so you can track your package.
